MEDUSA
Founded by Ounce Sachs in 2019, MEDUSA is a next-generation surface disinfectant formulation combining bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal performance.
The formulation introduced extended residual surface protection capabilities, with testing indicating sustained efficacy against a range of pathogens, including viruses such as SARS-CoV-2, for prolonged periods following application.
Prior to its initial transaction, the formulation attracted indicative third-party interest and valuation discussions in the region of USD $50 million, reflecting the underlying differentiation and commercial potential of the technology.
In March 2024, MEDUSA entered into a transaction with CS Diagnostics, establishing a commercial pathway for further development and scale. Subsequent to this, public and market commentary has indicated that the formulation has been subject to significantly higher internal valuation assessments, including references to valuations in excess of USD $500 million in 2025.

Initial production has been intentionally constrained, with early validation demonstrating full sell-through at premium pricing and demand exceeding initial supply. This controlled release has provided proof of positioning, pricing acceptance and market appetite ahead of broader scale.
Building on this foundation, Hygiactivia is now progressing through a structured partner engagement phase, with the objective of aligning with a strategic operator capable of supporting international manufacturing, distribution and brand development.
